L2IF/4/MACHOP_DETECT_VSI_AC_INFOLOG: Mac-hopping exists. (DomainType=[DomainType], DomainName=[VsiName], MacAddress=[MacStr], PortList=[PortList])

In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Description

Mac-hopping exists.

Parameters

Parameter NameParameter Meaning

DomainType

Type of the broadcast domain where MAC flapping occurred.

VsiName

Name of the VSI broadcast domain where MAC flapping occurred.

MacStr

Flapped MAC address.

PortList

List of flapped interfaces.

Possible Causes

A MAC address frequently flapped in a VSI.

Procedure

1. Check whether the configuration of the interface corresponding to a flapped MAC address is correct.
  • If the configuration is correct, go to Step 3.

  • If the configuration is incorrect, go to Step 2.

2. Modify the interface configuration.

3. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
