In my testing period I had an idea.
I thought about how to develop iknow and bring it forward I would suggest to create a working group with persons directly from Huawei who are responsible for developing iKnow and on the other hand some technicians and users who are willing to use iKnow and see an advantage in using a prefect developed iKnow.
This 2 groups are connected together and bring up issues and errors and discuss together possibilities of extend the features and improve satisfaction in the tool.

What should be done:
1. BETATESTING - Checking and finding errors and wrong information (users are focussed on one or 2 productfamilies)
2. IMPROVEMENTS - Finding issues and Features to create an outstanding user experience. What do the users want to have. Here are also creative inputs important. In german it is called Geht nicht, gibt´s nicht" - It doens´nt work - I doen´t mind....
3. Jour fice Webinars - Both groups should meet in a webinar for discussion about the new improvments.,

Hello!
This is the result of the updating of the iKnow. Before this update information was appear at the right side of the pc version of the iKnow. I think that now iKnow is in the way to optimizing for the mobile view where there is no right panel. When iKnow wrote about "right" in present, it open new browser window in full version. Looks like HiKnow can't do anything with that and just show nothing.

I have some marks about betatesting. Some applications use betatesting versions that are available to download from the market and they are separated from the main applications. Who want to test them-install them as separate application and test.
