Both Server and iClient can be ping on each other but the Error Code 109100019 appeared upon login in to the iClient. What could be possible reason?

Hello friend! hope it can help:

Solution
1. Log in to the server as the root user.

2. Run the df –h command to check the root directory space usage.

If the space usage is greater than 99%,

3. Go to the root directory and run the du -h --max-depth=1 command to check for large files and folders.

4. If the large files are log files, run the rm log file name command to delete some files and restart the server.

Hello,
Maybe the SMU module is abnormal. You can log in to the two-node cluster management of the CSP to check the VCNAPI status.
