IVS missing Recordings
【Problem Analysis】:
After the camera is manually brought offline and then online, recording upload is triggered. However, the time required for uploading the recording is the same as the time lost. The number of concurrent backhaul channels is limited. Only 25 concurrent backhaul channels are supported. There are more than 2000 cameras onsite. It takes more than two months to complete the backhaul.
【Root Cause】:
All recording plans are deleted by mistake.
【Solution Description】:
advised to disable the PU-based recording function of the camera so that the video lost on the server is saved to the camera. If you want to use the recording, download the recording from the PU.
