IVS is showing MU service is Offline randomly on many cameras

【Problem Description】

IVS is showing MU service is Offline randomly on many cameras.

【Problem Analysis】 

1.check the status of Ivs . found that the MU service restart all the time, casued it offline on VMU . 

2. check the mu logs , found there are much unkown data and errors . 

3. check the data in vcn's database, the data is not exist, but the index exist.

【Root Cause】

 there some unkown data in database.

【Solution Description】

delete the unkown data from vcn database.
