IVS client suddenly loses functionality during operation

During the operation of the IVS client, a certain function suddenly appeared unavailable.

After inspection, it was found that the functional module could not be found on the client's page, and it was still invalid if the authority was re-grant to it by the super user. Log in with another user, everything is normal.

How to avoid it, and how to recover it?
