1. Maybe you did not run the IVS C/S client as the
administrator user or did not have
read,
write and
modify permission on files in the installation directory of the IVS C/S client.
You can run the client as an administrator and view the read and write permissions on the IVS installation directory.
2. Check the IVS client logs.
3. If necessary, reinstall the IVS client.
