IVS 3800 Video Wall Issue

Issue is that When we Change the layout in ICLIENT of screen to 2x2 and push the cameras on all screen only 2 screen shows display other gives this error “Failed to Push to video wall 339100001”

         Or we split the screen to 2x2 and put the cameras on other screens which are 1x1 it still gives same error.


Please advise to solve this issue.

Decrease the stream type of the HDMI1&2 and then in the limitation of the decoder capability, more cameras can be pushed to theHDM1&2.

Please check the decoder parameters are configured correctly.


The reason causes the issue is the parameters are configured error.


You should customize the video wall layout on the iClient to be the same as the actual one.
