IVS 16 panes issue

IVS 16 panes issue

I am facing a issue on IVS (VCN 3000) C/S client. 

when open 16 panes it failed to load all panes and 2 or 3 panes get black.  I need to restart the IVS client after that it work fine for 1-2 hours then again some panes get black after some time of operations. 

PC specs: 
Intel Xeon
Graphic Card 2 GB
RAM 8 GB.

The ram and graphic card utilization remains normal during the process.

One more question MA3, if you have 16 panes can you please confirm that you have configured the camera's stream to be as follows :

VCN Version : V100R002C50SPC209 ...VCN model 3000
We have set all cameras to 720p with 2 Mb/s

Is is possible to clear the cache of VCN server the issue might resolved. can you please tell me how to clear it from vcn server.

The specs are Intel XEON which is equal to i7 or better and graphic card is 2 GB.
Also all streams are set to H.264 on all cameras at 720 p resolution

aMA3, for this issue i would suggest to open a case for troubleshooting as we need to collect debug logs, and try replicating the issue to see exactly why the issue with the panes is going black after a few hours. Can you please tell me from which country are you ? i will provide the e-mail and telephone number to send an e-mail with this issue and our colleagues will assist you further.
