Alarm Description
When you specify an MCU as the access MCU for a unified access code, the unified access code is displayed as unregistered for the MCU.

Impact on the System
SIP endpoints not registered with the SC cannot join a conference by dialing the unified access code.
Possible Causes
- The MCU is offline. As a result, the unified access code cannot be delivered to the MCU.
- MCU SIP registration fails.
Troubleshooting
- Check whether the MCU is offline. On the SMC web interface, choose Devices > MCUs. On the page that is displayed, view the MCU status.
- Check whether MCU SIP registration fails.
- Use the SSH tool to log in to the MCU, enter sipc reg, and check whether there is unified access code 9000 in conf num.
- If yes, contact your service provider for assistance.
- If no: On the SMC web interface, choose System > Settings > Conference. On the page that is displayed, click the Conference ID tab and set Accessible MCU again.
