If i have long number :xxxxxx
and i configured this long number for both
1. IVR prefix .
2. short long number change .(long :xxxxxx) ----->(short :yyyyyy)
when outside user called xxxxx ,will he listen to IVR or extension yyyyy will ring ? i checked it and the call will directly route to extension yyyyyy
so if customer requirment in the morning extension yyyyy to ring and in the evening IVR to recieve the call on the same long number.
how can i configure this requirment ?
