[Analysis]
1. Analyzing the messages of MediaX
A user message tracking on MediaX shows that the MRFC sends a BYE to MediaX and then MediaX hangs up the conference.

2. Analyzing the messages of H248
A H248 link tracking prompts the following: ’license out of range. Out of License Range (Item: AUDIO-PLAY CHN).’
3. Checking the license and alarm on MRFP
Checked the license and alarm information on the MRFP. The license mode is ‘limit the service’ and there is an alarm for the license expiration.
[Cause]
The MRFP is using a temporary license because the license has expired.
[Solution]
Re-apply for an MRFP license and load it.
