IVR connection to Softx3000 using SIP protocol

hello evreyone ,

i need you help in a matter, we are working on a SIP connection for Softx3000 with a third party IVR server , so far we are unsucessful of doing so , any idea how to start this kind of connection , we tried configuring in SIP trunk connection but not succesful , we tried as SIP phone also not successful , appreciate your support in advance
