ITS time is not same with NTP Server

Problem Description:

ITTS time sometime is not same with NTP.

Problem Analysis:

The on-site configuration error caused the error, ITTS to be configured with both NTP time synchronization and synchronization time to the receiving service.

Solution Description:

Change the configuration, close synchronization time to the receiving service, just synchronization time to NTP server.
