[Symptom]
One user reported he failed to install the VMtool in SLES 15 SP1 x64 bit.

Product version: FusionCompute 6.5.1
VMtools version: 2.5.0.155
Guest OS version: SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP1 x64
[Analysis process]
1.we queried the compatibility list of guest OS on FusionCompute platform, current SLES 15 SP1 was in the compatible list.

2.we tried to update the VMtool to latest version, download link: https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/software/251785843-ESW2000294966
meanwhile, we queried the matched relationship between SLES 15 SP1 kernel version and VMtool, current SLES kernel was in the compatible list.

3.we got suggestion from expert team, to check the running environment variable and local running library, then we found it lacked necessary running library in current OS.

4.download the missing packages from internet, package name: "libgthread-2_0-0-2.54.3-lp151.7.3.1.x86_64", then install it in current OS. then retried to install the vmtool.it's successful.

5.reboot the OS, then check the VMtool running status on FusionCompute portal.

[Root cause]
In mini version SLES 15 SP1, it lacked some dependent running library.
[Solution]
Following the step 4 to download the dependent running library and install it. then install the VMtool again.
