Today, I’d like to share a case.
Problem Description
Customer need to apply an update on the MA5633, version MA5633 V800R017C00 to V800R018C00, through u2000, nevertheless, the customer cannot do it because when they apply the task of update, it is interrupted the process of "save" and displays the message "Authorization fail"
This message is displayed before start with the task
this is the message displayed when the task is interrupted
Handling process
In the configuration we can see that only SNMP read community is configured, but there is not SNMP write communiity, so all operations from u2000 send to OLT will fail
Root Cause
To get that u2000 make operations on the OLT, It must be configured SNMP write Community on MA5633
solution
Run the snmp-agent community write command to configure a correct SNMP write community on the device.
