1 please make sure it can ping all blade server ibmc IP from FCB and FCB server
2 log in MM web and check if the user fc2mgmt lost and if the default password is fc2HW@CLOUD8!
3 check if the Blade server type in compatibility list
4 execute smmset -d ssdp -v enable master on MM CLI to enable ssdp
