Issues with huawei router HS8546V5

Hi All,

Suddenly I started to have a weird issue with my ISP's router. Out of nowhere, it disconnected itself from its network, and the power light (the green one) and the LOS started to blink continuously. The power blinking green and the LOS blinking in Red. I tried to do the hard reset and the normal reset using a paper clip, but it didn't work. I also tried to connect it to another power outlet, but the same results. Does it mean my router died and needs to be replaced with a new one by my ISP? Or does it have anything I can do to fix it? I'm leaving a short video showing what exactly is happening with my router.192.168.0.1

Hi, friend!

If the POWER light of HS8346V5 is always on, the power is switched on.

If THE LOS light of HS8346V5 flashes, there are two possible scenarios: 

1.PON terminal is not connected to optical fiber or matte signal. 

2.PON terminal hardware failure.

As it is a carrier product, it is recommended that you contact your ISP for the corresponding hardware test.

The problem is the router power supply which is not working. it will have to be replaced by a new one and it will work as expected.

First of all, HS8546V5 is an ONT, which is not just a router.
Secondly, the LOS indicator flashes to indicate a problem with the optical fiber connection.
Besides, I cannot see any videos you claim to provide.
Finally, please provide whether you can access the WEB interface of the ONT.
