【Issue Description】
For endpoint A, IPv6 is enabled and the SC's IPv6 address is used as the GK address. Endpoint B has IPv6 enabled but does not register with the GK. Endpoint A calls endpoint B through the IP address in H.323 mode, but the call fails.
【Possible Causes】
Media routing on the SC is not enabled.
【Procedure】
- Log in to the web interface of the SMC, and choose Devices > Switch Centers. Click the corresponding SC in the SC list. On the page that is displayed, click Zone Management.
- Select defaultEPZone and click Edit.
- Select Enable media route and click Save.
