Issues restricting calls in the digitmap section of the voip configuration

826 0 0 0 0

 Issue Description

We are having issues restricting calls in the digitmap section of the voip configuration.  Example:  End user may dial either a nine digit number starting with 6,7,8 or 9 or a four digit number starting with 90.
We have configured the following digitmap:

90xx|[6-9]xxxxxxxx

Customer is able to dial number 9200, but this is not configured in the digitmap.  It is always like that, it doesn’t matter if we add short pauses or configure the digitmap matching as min or max.
