Hello.

Have big WLAN network with 2xAC6605 and 200 APs (6050DN and 6150DN) on one big object.

In 5 GHz it works perfect.

But in 2.4 GHz it works very bad, big packet loss, low user data rate.

At the GUI of AC6605 i see that i have "Downlink Packet Retransmission ratio>50%" more then 30%.

RTS-CTS mode in my 2G Radio Profile set to "rts-cts".

I turn off 2.4 GHz radio at most of my APs and manually choose channels (1\6\11) and tx-power (10 dBm) on the rest APs.

But problem still there.

Version is v200R700C20SPC300

Already try to work on different 802.11b/g rates: first i turn off 80.11b-rates (1\2\5\11) - the problem is here. Then i try to turn off high rates (12 and upper) and turn on low rates - it doesnt works).

What can be the reason and what else can i do to solve it?

In most cases, poor signals refer to low signal strength or poor signal quality.
Low signal strength causes terminals unable to properly go online or access the Internet. It may result from low AP power or receiver sensitivity of the terminal NIC. To address the problem, you need to adjust AP power or signal coverage.

If the signal quality is poor, the STAs may fail to associate with the AP, frequently go online or offline, or have low access rate, resulting in long packet forwarding delay or packet loss. Poor signal quality is mainly caused by severe interference in the radio environment.

i turn eirp on my APs at minimal valu=11 (for this APs as i understand it's minimal)
signal strengh on the sta is good, for example i have rssi=55 dbm, big paket loss and low data rate

Your acceptance signal is good, but the signal quality is very poor. do you mean this?

just use 802.11n,not use 802.1b/g. also when you turn off the 2.4g, it will choose other AP, whether the radio power too big ? use the command '<AC6605> display radio all' to check whether there is a high channel utilization .

At this moments i have 802.11b locked, my basic rates in 2.4GHz are 12 and 18. Supported rates also are 12,18 and upper.

Also, channel utilization in problem zone is 60% and less. Bad but not catastrophy, it must works much better
