Issue with USG6555 Bandwidth Policy

Hi,


I am using USG 6555 Model Firewall and we set a 35 Mbps speed limit. both upload and download limit is 35Mbps.

when we do voice calls and video calls, they are lagging too much.  when we increase speed to 100Mbps bandwidth then it is working fine.

is there any policy needs to set for voice and video calls?

because 35 Mbps is too much for normal voice calls.

Hi,
As you described, when limit the bandwidth to 35Mbps, the voice and video calls both lagging too much. Do you mean the voice call and video call lagging while making the both calls simultaneously?

I think, you need to assign different bandwidth accordingly to the service. If I am correct, you can refine the different bandwidth for the video calls and voice calls, kindly refer https://support.huawei.com/hedex/hdx.do?docid=EDOC1100013380&id=sec_admin_bwm_0018&lang=en

Hi, As I told, even I have 35Mbps upload and download speed, my voice calls are lagging too much.
is there something we can do from the firewall to rectify this issue? especially audio and video both calls lagging.
