Issue with Huawei Ascend P6 Mobile

Sir,

I called Huawei Customer care India, I purchased this Huawei Ascend P6 Mobile in Saudi Arabia at Jarir Bookstrore in the month of Aug 2013.

Currently, there is issue with battery and motherboard is getting heated. I tried both the service center in chennai, they said that the replacement parts for this model is not available. I would sincerely request you to arrange me the defective mother board and new battery for this model.

And moreover I was behind to your executive for the last 1 month, but I am not getting any response. Please help.
