Issue with exporting the Internal Fiber Diagram OptiX NetStar Designer
Issue Description
Customer experience script error when trying to export Internal Fiber Diagram to Visio from NetStar Designer.
The version and capabilities of NetStar Designer are the following:
Handling Process
The error reported shows the fact that the character "," is not recognized by the script. Checked the keyboard language and it was Spain and the decimal character was ",". In order the script to function properly, the language of the keyboard should be set as English and the decimal character should be "." as in the picture below.
After changing the settings, the issue is solved and the diagram was exported properly.
Root Cause
Operating System and Keyboard were set to Spanish instead of English.
Solution
Change the keyboard language every time and check the settings when trying to export Internal Fiber Diagram.
