As per my understand there is no any issue seem at USG 6565E firewall end, Cisco Anyconnect VPN is client application Integrate with a Cisco ASA device. The Web Security appliance administrators, when anyconnect Client VPN connected with ASA device. and each packet is passing through ASA device. So may be ASA device is not allowing or may not properly configured. You need to contact with your local administrator team for further troubleshooting issue accordingly.

But here only issue is coming when i am usinh the vok client behind the USG firewall.
Normally it is working fine for other networks.

From my understanding, the Anyconnect VPN using either IPSec encryption or SSL encryption. If you are choosing the SSL protocol, I would suggest that you check the SSL-encrypted traffic detection function. The SSL-encrypted traffic detection will de decrypt the SSL traffic and which might cause the high latency.
Else, you can try configuring the SSL decryption-exempted feature to exempt the Anyconnect traffic.
