Issue when updating a newly purchased USG6310

After buying a USG 6310S to enter the graphical interface, everything was correct.


Then, I entered the download page to download the latest system update for the USG 6310S.


After executing it, it appeared that the version of the team was USG6000 and a part came in Chinese. 


I would like you to help me with the system version and the other versions that the USG6310S team brings in order to be able to solve my problem, since when running the update, the admin user lost permissions and only allows two windows to be seen of the administrative panel.


Now I am getting a sec-admin user who has the role of administrator, but does not let me see the license part or roles of any user.

Your problem may be caused by an incorrect version of the upgrade. 

Please check if your version is correct. The recommended version of the USG6310S is USG6000V500R001C60SPC500(mini).bin.
