Issue that customer feedback SMC2.0 SiteCall Failure

【Issue Description】

An endpoint can register with the SMC2.0 but fails to use SiteCall.

【Possible Causes】

1. Huawei GK is not enabled. The SiteCall uses Huawei proprietary protocol, and the SiteCall option can be displayed only after Huawei GK is enabled.
2. The SiteCall port is disabled.
3. The SiteCall cannot be authenticated.

【Troubleshooting Procedure】

1. Check the network and verify that port 700 is enabled. (Port 700 is used for listening on the SiteCall initiated by an endpoint.)
2. Enable Huawei GK and ensure that the endpoint is properly registered with the GK.
3. Check the settings of HTTPS mode and SiteCall authentication in H.323 parameters of the endpoint. Retain the setting of HTTPS mode (Enabled), set SiteCall authentication to Disabled, and initiate a conference using SiteCall again. The conference can be successfully initiated.
