【Issue Description】

After an MCU is added to the SMC, it is displayed as offline, as indicated by .

【Possible Causes】

The connection modes or passwords set on the MCU and SMC are inconsistent.

【Troubleshooting Procedure】

1. Use a Secure Shell (SSH) client to log in to the MCU. Check and modify the connection mode and password based on the MCU model. For details, see below

2. Save the changes.
3. Log in to the SMC web interface. Choose Devices>MCU. In the displayed MCU list, select the desired MCU and click Edit MCU.
4. In the displayed window, change the values of Connection mode and Connection password so they are consistent with the settings on the MCU,
