Issue in SMU 02B Software update from V200 to V500 using SMU(E) OneKeyUpdateTool 4.0.8 tool

Hi,

Need help for following error while trying to upgrade the SMU02B software.

from, V200R001C00SP08 or V200R002C01SPC25 (I tried from both software versions)

to,      V500R002C20SPC005

I'm using SMU(E) OneKeyUpdateTool 4.0.8 tool

by the way, I have access to the webUI without any issue, can we update the software via webUI?
