Issue faced when trying to communicate within same subnet over same AP

[Issue]

The topology is as follows:

Access ControlleràCore SwitchàAccess SwitchàAP

Users connected under the SSID Voice and the users can’t communicate with each others.

[Analysis]

-         We checked the configuration AC, core switch and access switch .

-         We checked the ports between the previous devices one by one to check the allowed vlans.

-         We checked the AP that can get IP address successfully.

-         We checked the online stations and found that the users get IP address successfully.

-         We ping to the users from core and access switch and the AC a.. ping successfully.

[Root cause ]

-         Configure user-isolate l2 by mistake under the traffic profile.

[Solution ]

-         Undo the user isolate under the traffic profile
