Problem description:
The customer reported that the power curve of the hosting cloud was abnormal. The power curve drops to 0 at noon when the illumination is strong.

Networking Mode:SUN2000-20KTL-M0 + SDongleA-03 + fusion solar
Problem analysis
Analyzed the inverter logs. No abnormal alarm was generated recently,

The 5-minute record shows that the inverter output reactive power is abnormal and fluctuates greatly. As a result, the active power drops to 0 or low. The inverter is connected to the grid without shutting down or generating an alarm.

The reactive power curve fluctuates greatly and irregularly on the FusionSolar.

Check the inverter settings. No output reactive power parameters are set. After remote dispatching is disabled, the problem persists.

The inverter is used at home, but there are no high-power devices. However, many power grid overvoltage alarms have been generated. The voltage of the power grid fluctuates between 220 and 250, and the fluctuation range is large.

Confirm with R&D engineers that the power grid fluctuates greatly, and the reactive power is not regular. It is suspected that the poor grid environment may trigger the isolated island to generate reactive power. In this case, disable the isolated island protection or restore the inverter to normal after the grid is normal.

Similarly, if the reactive power output is regular, the grid voltage drops when the reactive power is output, and the voltage increases when the reactive power is not output, the voltage rise suppression may be incorrectly set. In this case, disable the voltage rise suppression function.
