As the alarm message "MW_LOF", we can find that the IF board is at fault.

Possible cause:

The ISM6 is in poor contact with the backplane.
The backplane in slot 1 may be faulty.
The ISM6 board may be faulty.

Therefore, you are advised to solve the problem in the following ways:

1. Take out the ISM6 board and insert it into slot 2.

2. Replace an ISM6 board and insert it again.

Hi, dear

Determine the available slots of the ISM6, as shown in the following figure.

How to Install ISM6

1. Loosen the screws on the filler panel and remove the filler panel.

2. Hold the ejector levers on the ISM6 panel with both hands, and open the ejector levers to the panel until the ejector levers form an included angle of about 45o. Slide the ejector levers along the guide rails and insert the board into the slot until the board cannot slide forward.

3. Fasten the two ejector levers of the board. You will hear a "click" sound, indicating that ISM6 has been installed successfully.

How to configure ISM6

It is the same for all IF boards, you can create the Microwave link with the ISM6 board.

Which board did you insert on Slot 7?

According to your picture, it doesn't seem that the main control board was identified.

As I told you, the ISM6 can only be placed in slots 1 to 6 below.
Slot 7 is used to insert the control board (CSHO or CSHOF).
So you need to find a CSHO or CSHOF board and insert it in slot 7, then reboot the RTN950A.

Since your ISM6 light is on, it means the installation is correct.

However, the critical alarms are displayed on the Web LCT, and the SRV indicator on the CSHO is red, the control board is faulty.

Therefore, I suspect that the control board is faulty, which causes the communication between the SCC board and the IF board to be abnormal. As a result, the ISM6 board cannot be identified.

It is recommended that you click to view the alarms and solve them.
