ISIS VLans on mpls

Hi Guys,

I have Configured the devices as per the attached topology, config& Ensp-TOPO file,
intention here is to repeat the vlans 16, 17 (isis-connectivity)on the level-3 switches
connectivity to the level-4 switches.

But i m getting the attached errors, can you suggest me for the corrections;
so that it would be usefule for me to use the same topology in the field.
