Symptom
Log in to DeviceManager and choose System > Hardware > Device. Switch to the rear view of the storage device on the home page. In the rear view of the storage device, click the interface module or port marked in the red box to view the iSCSI host port information. The iSCSI port whose Running Status is Disconnected is displayed. The link indicator of the iSCSI host port is steady red or off.
Possible Causes
The possible causes are as follows:
The IP address of the iSCSI host port or the IP address of the service network port on the application server is incorrect.
The cable between the application server and the storage device is loose or damaged.
