A new S5700 switch is deployed. After the configuration is complete, I forget to save the configuration. As a result, all configurations are lost due to a power failure at night. Is there any way to restore the configuration?

Hi Hobbit,

In the V200R010 and later versions, thefunction of backing up the current configuration file is enabled by default. Andthe local storage path is $_backup/running_config/. After the configurationchanges for two hours, the device automatically backs up the current runningconfiguration to the local directory.  Ifthe device configuration is lost, you can use the backup file in this path torestore the configuration.

You can use the configuration copyfile to running command to execute commands in a specifiedconfiguration file.
