is there any command to change the root brigde priority on per vlan basis in huwei swiches???? 

in cisco there is option like this    (spanning-tree vlan 100 priority 4096) ..........is there any command in hauwei ?

of course yes, command:  stp priority XX

if  confog that for MSTP , command:  stp  instance X priority XX

You can use VBST for spanning tree(command - stp mode vbst) and then have spanning tree engineering per vlan - like stp vlan 10 root primary
