Is there an alternate route to upload the license?

  Rewarded Hi-coins: 0 (problem resolved)

I have run into a problem while attempting to upload license to the switch. The switch has recently been changed to user TACACS authentication. This is preventing the FTP local user logins from working, and apparently requires configuration changes to the TACACS server to resolve. We are unable to make changes to this.

Is there an alternate route to upload the license?

Hi Sprout,
You can try to load the license via the web interface.

For this, connect to the web interface of the switch, login and go to

Management>>>license>>>uploadthe license

Or

Management>>>System>>>FileManagement tab>>>upload the file | after this, select the file and activate it.
