Is the selection of the root of Device Group inheritable

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding an authorization condition in Huawei Agile Controller.

If we choose a device group for an authorization condition, will the selection of the root group be inherited to the subgroups?

If we select ‘Access Control’, will it be inherited also to ‘Sued-West’, ‘Sued-Ost’ etc., so that all sub-group is selected?

Or do we need to select each sub-group manually?

We are wondering since there is no check symbol appearing in front of each sub-group.

Hi Rengar,
You need to select each subgroup manually.
As always, if you think there is room for improvement in the product, you can discuss feature requests with your account manager, and perhaps R&D can add a "select all" option in an upcoming update.
