The answer is no. If you want to test something it is necessary to ask for a commissiong license.

hello mr Mysterious,
not really, the commissioning is for a short period (usually 30 days for all devices). For the temporary license you must configure the availability (expired time) and there are necessary some approvals from sales department.  Helpful ?
