ipv6 on S9300

I configured IPv6 address on the vlanif interface on S9300, but failed to ping the remote router. I checked the interface status and found that the physical/protocol status of the vlanif interface is up/down.
But the completely same configuration could work fine on S5720.
Do you guys run into this situation before?
