IPU Card and SSH problem on M14 Device

Hi All,

I have a problem when  try to set  new NetEngine M14 device. when I was implementing default confıgurations on site, device closed and started reboot loop suddenly.IPU card on slot 15 have given error. After that, we removed Ipu card on slot 15. We succeeded to work with using slave Ipu card however after we worked with use slave ıpu slot, our customer cant connect to our huawei device from nokia with use ssh. 

That's I think, both of card are faulty(slot 15 and slot 16). Because, customer cant connect to our device. We checked ssh commands and tried to connect with static route but ssh connection was failed, unfortunately.  We used the same ssh commands on other sites and customer connected without any problem.

Note: this device has no any service and has no connect any ring. this is new and empty device.

we tried to give console connection only, not on live network at the moment

According to your opinion, are both cards faulty ? Why customer cant connect with use ssh ? Thans for all feedback and suggestions..
