IPSec/VPN Tunnel Between Juniper & Huawei USG6000 Is Auto Disconnecting & Connecting/ Tearing Down - [Resolved]

Hello;

I have established a VPN between Juniper SRX 220 & Huawei USG6500E, VPN has established, everything is fine. Configurations that I have used are mentioned at the below link:

https://forum.huawei.com/enterprise/en/ipsec-vpn-establishment-between-juniper-firewall-huawei-firewall/thread/560043-867

However the VPN is auto negotiation IKE after 110 Seconds, It tear down the old IKE SAs and creates the new one after every every 110 Seconds, and the tear down reason states "Peer Request"?

This issue; has been resolved, It was being caused due to the VPN-Monitoring Command at Juniper Side; Juniper uses ICMP Echo packets to check the status of the Tunnel, If Juniper does not receive ICMP Echo Reply form the peer device; Juniper considers the VPN Down and clears the IPSec SAs not IKE SAs; You can resolve this issue by adding the Local-ID (IP address) & Peer-ID (IP Address) at Huawei Side; If you have not added these valuse before.

Juniper Side configuration will remain the same; as mentioned in the above link.

Can anyone tell what is causing this problem? Ping is stable between Local & Remote Device; there is no network issue.

If you are using VPN-Monitoring command on juniper;
Make sure you are also using Local-IDs and Peer IDs (IP Addresses) on Huawei side too!
