IPsec over DSVPN with cisco router as Spoke is not working

Hello Every one

We have roundabout 60 DMVPN tunnels which are now connected through Cisco HUB ISR-3900 and we purchased the Huawei 3260 router all the spokes all connecting through NHRP normally but when I enable IPsec is not working.

I tested all the different flavors of phase 1 and phase 2 but unfortunately, I am not able to establish the IPsec.

Please Help
