IPsec Error

IPsec reports an error recently. What is the matter?

Hi Planck,

Malformed payload.

Possible Causes

The pre-shared keys on both ends of the IKE peer are inconsistent.

Solution

1. Run the display ike peer command to check the pre-shared keys of both ends.

<Huawei> display ike peer name peer1

2. Run the pre-shared-key command in the IKE peer view to ensure that the pre-shared keys on both ends are the same.
