Issue Description
Recently customers faced a problem with iPhone – Apple OS latest version 11.xxx most of the users who upgrade their mobile are facing strange issues the phone connect and disconnect quickly without getting an IP address from DHCP, and most of the users who didn’t upgrade are working fine.
Please find details as below:
2x AC6605 (Active/Standby): Version: V200R005C10SPC200

Agile Controller: Version: V100R002C10SPC403
Note: Currently setup customers are using portal authentication once the mobile phone, Laptop get IP to address the pop-window will come automatically after that we will log in with Username/Password which is created in AD for each employee.
Handling Process
Check the log, it is after upgrading the IOS version, and the issue comes.
Only IOS 11 meets this issue, others are working fine.
Just do capture when IOS 11 connects, finding the terminal will check the certificate if it is legal. If not, the terminal will disconnect quickly.
Solution
Option 1: The portal authentication page uses the HTTPS protocol and the legal certificate;
Option 2: The Portal authentication page uses the HTTP protocol;
Option 3: The device enables the CNA bypass function.
