The phenomenon of description
TTS file mode is used to playback, but playback fails.

Possible reasons for
1. TTS\ASR disk character is not configured, causing USM to fail to read the file;
2. The TTS\ASR disk character configured is inconsistent with the path disk character issued by CTI;
3. There is no TTS text file specified under the file server;
Processing steps
Step 1: on USM web, "docking configuration" -> "NFS configuration", check whether TTS\ASR disk character is available; If there is no turn to step 4, otherwise step 2;
Step 2: check whether the TTS file symbol and the TTS file symbol issued under CTI are consistent; Consistently go to step 3, otherwise step 4
Step 3: check whether there is a specified text file on the corresponding file server;
Step 4: set or modify TTS\ASR disk character by executing MOD USMFS command through LMT;
