The IPC6625 camera has PTZ control, but it is not working. Below are the steps to confirm that the IPC camera is added correctly to the IVS Client.
Log in to the IVS Client.
Click on Devices.

Right-click on the camera and select Edit.

Click on Camera Settings.
Change the Type to 'PTZ Dome/Box Camera'.

Check and confirm if the PTZ control is enabled.
