It is not a bug. Just a limitation of this model on certain features.
Multi Streaming: Double Full HD ( 1080P ) Stream or Treble Streams (30/25fps)

(Note: Treble Stream - Three Stream)
2. The user can monitor the stream status from:
Settings ----> Media Stream

Example for the Case
Profile1 Setting: 1080p 3Mbps,
Profile2 Setting: 1080p 2Mbps,
Profile3 Setting: 720p 1Mbps
This setting is from the platform to this IPC Camera.
Double Full HD means Profile1 + Profile2.
Treble streams means Profile1 + Profile2 + Profile3 when in setting 25fps / 30 fps.
4 Streams is the ability of sending a stream from the IPC Camera.
You can get 4x Profile 1 Stream or 2x Profile1 + 2x Profile 2.
(Note : The max Stream is not indicated in the user manual or product manual).
