IPC6285-VRZ-VC can not adjust camera night / day mode

Hi, Huawei


We can not adjust  IPC6285-VRZ-VC camera night / day mode , and also can’t use PTZ controle it is not working

No any day or night switch

Also can not use PTZ cant zoom in and zoom out

Dear Mendeleev,

I've confirmed with the Camera R&D, the camera IPC6285-VRZ-VC is of a customized version and the day/night switch and Infrared lamp is in auto.

It can't be adjusted, so there is no setting menu for it. No need to adjust the setting.

Plus, IPC6285-VRZ-VC is not a PTZ camera.
