2.Log in to the camera using admin account (admin/ChangeMe123)
3.Switch the root account ;command:su – root;(password:HuaWei123)
4.Execute command: ./help devicerestore 0; (restore default configuration (not change the camera IP addr))

A. login the camera with root accout by SSH, the password is HuaWei123, and then execute command:./help devicerestore 0, the password will be reset to default.
B. you can also reset all the configuration to factory setting by pressing the hard reset button more than 3 seconds.

there are 2 ways to reset the password.
1. there is a reset button in the back of the IPC camera. you can press that button for 15 sec, then the password will be rest into default HuaWei123.
2. you can login the IPC Linux via command line to reset : ./help devicerestore 0

A. Reset the camera and restore the camera to its factory settings. Press and hold the Reset button to reset the camera.

B. Reset the camera password using the ONVIF tool.

1. Download the ONVIF test tool.

2. Open the tool, enter the camera IP address, and click Probe. Enter the user name and password for connecting to the ONVIF, and click Check. If the connection is successful, the camera information is displayed on the page.

3. Choose Diagnostic > Test Case > Device Management > System > DEVICE-3-1-7 SYSTEM COMMAND FACTORY DEFAULT SOFT, and click.
